Mary Flint is the founder and visionary behind Let’s Face It MD, a premier medical day spa rooted in experience, integrity, and generational connection.

Over a decade ago, Mary earned her Aesthetician license in the State of Michigan after successfully completing both written and practical state board examinations. She continued advancing her education with certifications in laser, IPL, HydraFacial®, and chemical peels, building a strong foundation in corrective and results-driven skincare.

For more than ten years, Mary practiced aesthetics across multiple states, refining her technique and expanding her clinical expertise. Two years ago, she relocated to South Florida to be closer to her family. Committed to exceeding state standards, she completed additional electrolysis and laser training to obtain full Florida licensure.

In January 2025, Mary started operating Let’s Face It MD in two rooms within Salon Suites in Royal Palm Beach, launching her vision for a refined, results-driven medical day spa experience.

What began as a focused start quickly evolved into something far greater — the opportunity to purchase her favorite day spa, Wellington European Day Spa, a place her own mother has visited for facials for over 25 years.

Today, owning and elevating that very spa is more than a business milestone — it is a full-circle dream realized.

Mary’s philosophy is simple: aging is not about changing who you are, but refining and preserving your natural beauty with honesty, education, and intention. Under her leadership, Let’s Face It MD blends medical precision with elevated spa luxury, creating a space where men and women can confidently invest in themselves at every stage of life.
